This seasonal jam tastes like fresh peaches. Every year we drive up to Palisade Colorado for the annual Peach festival, while there we load up with hundreds of pounds of peaches from the local farmers. We get only the freshest, juiciest, most ripe peaches we can find, and then we haul them back to Durango and spend the next week blanching, pitting and cooking these sweet and sticky fruits.
This jam is the best to make sticky chicken and warm up to top ice cream with.
The most unique flavor we could think of this jam has a spectacular mix of tart and sweet. Rhubarb grows wild all around Durango and the surrounding mountains; this jam is packed with bitter sweet chunks of fresh rhubarb.

The hottest thing we offer this jam packs a punch. Some of the best PB&J’s you’ll ever make. The only fruit we put in it is Habaneros, each batch has 4 cups of fresh chopped Habaneros, seeds and all, and then we add another 4 cups of dried ground habaneros.
