Grown right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this wild berry carries a tastefully unique flavor with a mellow sweetness and a savory kick. Every berry is hand-picked and hand-juiced just like grandma use to do.
We spend a majority of August cooking down and juicing hundreds of pounds of freshly picked berries. Chokecherry is fantastic on bagels with cream cheese or over a bowl of vanilla ice cream.

This seasonal jam tastes like fresh peaches. Every year we drive up to Palisade Colorado for the annual Peach festival, while there we load up with hundreds of pounds of peaches from the local farmers. We get only the freshest, juiciest, most ripe peaches we can find, and then we haul them back to Durango and spend the next week blanching, pitting and cooking these sweet and sticky fruits.
This jam is the best to make sticky chicken and warm up to top ice cream with.
The most popular jam we make, Raspberry Jalapeno is the perfect candied jam. Made with the plumpest raspberries and peppers we cook this jam at least once a month.
Add it in with some balsamic vinegar and make a great spicy salad, or cook some salmon and drizzle this on top for a 5 star meal at little the cost.
We brought it back with a little more gusto. The ideal mix of fresh berries and zesty jalapeños each batch has 4 gallons of chopped jalapeños mixed with sweetened Colorado strawberries.
If you like to cook, this jam is great to top grilled or fried chicken with or if you’re more of a sandwich connoisseur put a dab in with your ham sub.

If authentic Rhubarb isn’t your taste try this, we add in Colorado local strawberries for an appetizing flavor. This is great slathered on turkey or of course spread it over toast.

This jam is great to cook with, put some over a pork roast or mix it in sour cream for a fiery chip dip.

This jam is apple pie in a jar, not only can it be used for some of the sweetest peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but it is great for a pork chop and ham glaze, or warm it up and top your ice cream with it.
With fresh hatch green chilies this mild jam is pure flavor. Add a spoon full in the crock pot with your chicken or roast, or add a little to your salsa for a new flavor.
Green chili jam adds a touch of New Mexico flare to any dish, the chunks of chili increase the flavor and texture of anything you cook.
The most unique flavor we could think of this jam has a spectacular mix of tart and sweet. Rhubarb grows wild all around Durango and the surrounding mountains; this jam is packed with bitter sweet chunks of fresh rhubarb.
